Ken is the President & CEO of Ken Miller Capital. He is the former Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Credit Suisse First Boston, and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of corporations, as well as serving on the board of the National Committee on US-China Relations and PEN America. He’s also an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ken’s articles have appeared in The Harvard Journal of Legislation, The Business Lawyer, The Far Eastern Economic Review, The New Republic, The Deal, The Nation, Fortune, Foreign Affairs, and TimeHigh Finance is his first novel.
